Comprehensive Building Analysis - Aerial Inspection-Door -ADA Compliance-Repair and Maintenance

• Provide all clients a complete analysis of the entire building, glass type and color , install systems, roof access and MOP for areas that are hazardous. This analysis will ensure the client will not be surprised by unexpected delays due to bad architectural designs, like a freight elevator to small for materials. The analysis will also inform the client of what needs to be repaired or replaced to maintain a smooth operating building and stay up to code.

• Prepare and deliver a full report of inspections with pictures and complete repair options and competitive quotes for clients to review and decide how to proceed.

• Inspect outside of property with drone to get complete exterior and over head views of all areas of property to analyze for any damages. Provide pictures and video of property and inspect and determine if any maintenance is needed.

• Set up regular routine maintenance checks on a quarterly basis on all entry and exit doors of entire property to ensure all doors are up to code and not in need of repair or replacement. Deliver full report on doors and repair or replacement parts as needed to comply with code and deliver competitive bids for review by clients.

• Emergency calls to secure any hazardous areas to ensure safety for all.

• Work with vendors to source proper products to ensure damaged parts and materials are matched to the original architectural specifications.

• Service, repair, supply and install all door types , panic systems, glass ,glass systems , store front ,custom glass display cases, revolving doors , handicapped automation on all doors, film and signage installation, skylights, large composite panel installs for logo signs on buildings, composite and break metal paneling installation, waterproofing.

• Turn key project management and support.
